Trek Overview

About This Trek

A hidden gem linking the Tsum Valley and Ganesh Himal regions through Tamang and Gurung villages, apple orchards, and terraced farmland. Named after the semi-precious stones once mined here, the Ruby Valley trek offers rich culture, warm hospitality, and beautiful ridge-top mountain views with very few fellow trekkers.

Ruby Valley is one of Nepal's best-kept secrets — a mid-hills circuit that combines the cultural depth of the Tamang Heritage Trail with the mountain scenery of the Ganesh Himal range. Quiet, colourful, and community-focused, it is an ideal choice for those seeking connection over conquest.
